4 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 cup all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2/3 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup honey
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
2 cups mini semisweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
Lightly grease 9x13in. pan
In large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients.
Firmly press mixture into prepared pan.
Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes, then cut into bars.
Let bars cool completely before removing from pan.
